DJ Vachan
Bacchus has been the pioneer in making Bangalore the hub of DnB music in the country. With its Drum n Bass Wednesday Nights to its sustained media exercises in popularising the genre, new age music never sounded better. The wildly popular ‘Drum and Bass’ sessions exclusively at Bacchus, has DJ Vachan - Bangalore’s Sultan of Spin, specializing in minimal tech and hard electronic sounds, on the deck. At Bacchus, if you have feet, you will stand up and dance.
DJ Dev
DJ Dev is the resident DJ and Techno-therapist for all things Techno-logical at Bacchus. Specialising in Minimal Techno and Breaks, Dev serves it fresh and funky every week, highlighting it with Bangalore’s only weekly Techno Nights at Bacchus every Friday. Dev also peppers his sets with some slick scratching, an element rarely heard in most DJ sets. Typically, his playlists mostly comprise of Gui Borratto, Youtopia, D-Nox & Beckers and a host of other artists. His set is characterized by ambient moodscapes, funk, breaks, beat drops and crescendos.
